Pavel Balgar | realization manager
Pavel graduated from high school of teleinformatics with a focus on electrical engineering. He left the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics at VSB-TU Ostrava, as he began to devote himself fully to renewable electricity sources – Photovoltaics in 2009. Under his leadership, countless installations were erected in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. After the decline in PV installations in the Czech Republic, he participated in projects in Germany. At the end of 2013, he began to focus on electricity, especially the implementation of energy structures, control systems and HV protection.
At LAMA solar technologies, he is in charge of complex construction and subsequent operation of these technological units.

Jiří Černý | executive
He is the company’s executive and is primarily dedicated to fulfilling the company’s strategic goals, as well as the goals within the LAMA ENERGY GROUP.

Michal Flagar | electrician
After graduating from the Secondary Technical School in Ostrava in the field of High-Current Equipment Mechanics, Michal began to develop his knowledge and skills in the field of electrical engineering. He worked in the field of maintenance of LV and MV equipment, planned and managed medium repairs and provided supplies to external companies, created pricing and bids in the field of decentralized energy, prepared documents for tenders and cooperated in implementations of LV, MV, HV projects.
He works at LAMA solar technologies as a technician for the implementation of PV systems. And its contribution in terms of practical experience in the field and precise approach to individual contracts only underlines the professionalism of our company.
Ing. Petr Jeník | executive
Petr is the executive and the company is in charge of internal processes towards the parent company LAMA ENERGY GROUP and also supports the company in terms of acquisitions of new clients who are interested in building a renewable resource in combination with other cost-saving measures, so-called EC (Energy contracts).
Marcela Klichová | sales manager
Marcela comes from the royal town of Uničov, where she also graduated from the Secondary Industrial School of Engineering. He works in the company as an office manager and is in charge of the overall administrative operation of the company.
It deals with the business preparation of offers and the overall process of document administration for obtaining funds for the construction of PV systems for residences.
Marcela cooperates with the technical and sales department.

Bc. Magdaléna Kubicová | office manager
Magdaléna vystudovala střední školu v oboru Ekonomické lyceum. Dále pokračovala ve studiu na Palackého univerzitě v Olomouci. Dříve pracovala v bankovnictví a řešila komplexně potřeby a přání zákazníků. Ve společnosti LAMA solar technologies pracuje na pozici office managera a má na starost celkový administrativní chod společnosti. Spolupracuje s technickým a obchodním oddělením.

Ing. Jaroslav Münster | Economic and production manager
Jaromír vystudoval Fakultu strojní a elektro na VŠB Ostrava. Od roku 1995 pracoval ve velkých českých a zahraničních společnostech, kde řídil technické úseky, divize se zaměřením na správu, údržbu a investice strojních, stavebních a energetických celků a zařízení. Velká část jeho aktivit byla zaměřena na technická vylepšení a investice v oblasti energetiky s cílem snížení spotřeby elektřiny, zemního plynu. Zejména v oblasti zavádění úsporných nových technologií do oblasti systémů vytápění závodů, nových úsporných osvětlení hal, budov a exteriéru, využití odpadního tepla z provozu a z výroby stlačeného vzduchu pro vytápění objektů a ohřev teplé vody.

Ing. Jindřich Stuchlý, Ph.D. | CTO
Jindřich received a Ph.D. in the field of power engineering in 2015 at VŠB-TU Ostrava, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and IT. His interests include research in the field of renewable electricity sources, smart-grids technologies, artificial intelligence technologies and SW and HW development.
He is the author and co-author of 30+ proceedings and professional articles. In June 2015, he successfully defended his final dissertation entitled “Development of active demand management for energy units (ADSM)”. Jindřich also has extensive experience in implementing CO2 savings and reducing operating costs associated with saving electricity in the commercial and public spheres.

Ing. Václav Urbiš | chief designer of PV systems
Václav completed his education at VŠB-TU Ostrava, FEI with a focus on electricity – production, transmission and transformation of electricity and cost-saving measures in electricity and CO2 consumption. Since 2015, he has been designing energy-saving solutions in the areas of industrial production by creating pre-project preparations, technical and economic studies with the intention of finding savings in the areas of electricity, gas and compressed air.
Since 2018, the creation and management of project documentation at the level of LV, MV and HV. He also deals with issues of production, transmission and transformation of electricity.

Ing. Jakub Vilkus | CBO
Jakub has been working in the field of project management and product development in the field of electricity and renewable sources for more than 12 years.
He is in charge of business development and product strategy. It focuses on client acquisitions, electricity generation with guaranteed origin, planning and negotiation, and develops with colleagues the concept of cost-saving measures with an emphasis on the implementation of automatic control and digitization of processes. It cooperates with companies from the LEG group. At the FEI Faculty at VŠB-TU Ostrava, he specialized in renewable sources, decentralized power engineering, power plant equipment, industrial automation and commercial law. The diploma thesis “Preparation of a PV power plant project for construction management” was defended in June 2011. He is dedicated to his family. He likes sports, music and comedy.

Jan completed his education at VŠB-TU Ostrava, FEI with a focus on power engineering – production, transmission and transformation of electricity and cost-saving measures in electricity and CO2 consumption.

I also deal with issues of production, transmission and transformation of electricity.
